New Waste Management and Recycling Resources: Introducing the Berlin Eco Depot
We are pleased to share exciting updates regarding regional waste management, recycling opportunities, and sustainability resources available to our community members. Representatives from the Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District (CVSWMD) recently visited our town office to provide comprehensive materials detailing their services, grant programs, and the newly opened, year-round hazardous waste facility in Berlin.
Informational flyers and guides have been placed in the display racks at the front of the town office for public pickup. Additionally, representatives from the district will attend an upcoming August Selectboard meeting to discuss these services in detail, explain municipal membership benefits, and answer questions from the public.
