Town Garage Bidding Update (The deadline is before 11am this Friday, 4/25/25 ):

The deconstruction of the Old Town Garage in East Montpelier is currently in progress, and we invite interested parties to submit bids for available materials.

These items are available to the highest bidder. We encourage potential bidders to visit the site located at 325 Templeton Road and assess these materials. A lump sum bid for ALL items is entertained.

Available Items:
1. 6, 10ft. x 12ft. wide Roof Pods- (lump sum bid for all the pods is favored over individual pod bids)
2. 4, 14ft. x 14ft. Overhead Doors (2 of the doors have electric door openers)
3. 11, 2 ft. x 4ft. Fixed Windows
4. 1 in. Lumber/Siding- Assorted 1 in. rough lumber/siding available in 4-10 in. widths, up to 16 ft. long lengths, 2,000-3,000 board feet
5. ½ in. CDX Plywood-Approximately 100 sheets of ½ inch CDX Plywood x 4 ft. x 8ft.
6. 14, 6x6x16ft Pressure Treated Beams
7. Assorted 2×4’s
8. Assorted 2×6’s
9. Scrap wood under 4 ft.- available for FREE for sugar wood or firewood
