Action Items:
1. WEC a Load Sheet /Line Extension Form-Submit this when ready
- At this point, if we are coming off an existing pole, there might be an added cost of a transformer. WEC will install a 15 KVA transformer at no cost. If a larger transformer is needed, you would pay the cost difference between the 15 KVA and the larger transformer. The transformer size will be driven by either the load in the new building or the size of solar array.
- For new construction, WEC requires the line extension application be submitted with a $280 engineering fee. Once WEC receives that, one of their engineers will schedule a site visit. The membership application and $20 will be needed down the road.
2. USDA and VT Bond Bank Applications– Submitted application to VT Bond Bank & Processing. Submitted application to USDA & they requested more documentation.
3. Fire Dept & Safety Permit
4. Need storm water and waste water permits– tbd
5. Demo of Old Pole Barn Building– after new one is constructed
6. Need a new domestic well drilled for roughly 7 employees and truck washing.

Sodom Pond Culvert Construction RFP
Timeline:
Sodom Pond Culvert Replacement Construction– This is a 4720 DR FEMA Project- Need Culvert Construction
1. Bids due to Town Office by Monday, January 27th, 2025 at 11am.
2. Construction to take place estimated July 1-Oct 1, 2025 because of stream alteration and army corp permits.
3. Question Submission due January 17th, 2025, 11am to Town Administrator.
4. Feb 3rd, 2025 Selectboard decides on vendor.
5. Please note the sizing of the culvert needs to be orange book compliant to H&H study for FEMA Reimbursement.
Status Update:
– Engineering Final Design & Plans Completed but need to seal the plans / specs.
– Some permitting completed
– H&H completed
Outstanding Action Items:
1. ROW /Easement of abutting landowner week of 2/5/25
